Welcome back ladies!

We want to ensure you enjoy the sport we all love. If at any time you are worried about anything big or small please speak to us, we are here to help.

The important thing to us is your safety.  We are working hard and taking all precautionary measures to ensure you are as safe as possible when training with us.

These are hard times and we have to be extra mindful to support one another. We know you will naturally look out for one another, it’s one of the reasons why our club is so great!

Before Training

Wear your kit, the changing rooms will be closed but toilets will be open. Bring a dark and light coloured top as we won’t be providing bibs. Bring your own water and arrive on time. If you arrive early, please stay away until 5 minutes before.

Check for COVID-19 symptoms. If you have symptoms contact the NHS for a test. Please stay home until you feel better! If in doubt, stay home. Don't share lifts unless you have to. If you are sharing a lift with a different household then it is important you wear a mask and travel with the same people both ways. Keep the window open and clean the surfaces afterwards.

COVID-19: What to do if showing symptoms

If you display any symptoms of COVID-19 after playing hockey or attending training, please phone Test and Protect to book a test. Stay away from hockey until you are COVID-19 free.

Test and Protect Scotland will be in touch with the COVID Officer who provides the names and contact details of who was at training. Test and Protect will contact the people who need to isolate & book a test.

These guidelines were created based on the latest Scottish Hockey guidelines which are in line with the Scottish Government and Sport Scotland guidelines.
